Where is the Laptop Pocket Located on the bag?
The Laptop Pocket is located on the lid of the bag where it where we have added extra padding. When the bag is being worn as a backpack the Laptop Pocket will be flush to the back the user.

Why aren’t you adding wheels to the bag?
The bag is designed to have any easy transition from being a duffel bag to a backpack. By adding wheels to the bag we would need to compromise some of the backpack features to add the proper support needed to add wheels to the bag. However, you can use the sleeve pocket to slide over any additional luggage you may be carrying that has a wheel system.
When is the expected delivery date?
We will be fulfilling Kickstarter orders in January 2017.
What is the bag made out of?
The outer layer of the bag is made of a high grade Tarpaulin fabric.
What size shoe fits in the shoe compartment?
A pair of men’s 13 US Dress shoe.
What size laptop fits in the laptop sleeve?
You can fit a 15” Laptop comfortably in the sleeve. You can put a larger laptop in the sleeve but you will not be able to Velcro that laptop securely in the sleeve.
Will you be making the travel bag in any other colors?
No, just black.
Will I be a charged Customs and Import fee for my order?
Customer is responsible for paying all customs, duties, tax, VAT, and import fees for their order.

How do I wash the bag?
The tarpaulin fabric is very durable, but it is best to hand wash your bag. The water resistant layer will clean easily by hand.
What kind of zippers does the bag have?
Waterproof zippers
Are they YKK Zippers?
No, they are a comparable brand of zipper. We are using ZOOM Zippers. They have a very high durability rating.

Is the bag vegan friendly?
We do not use any leathers or animals in this bag.

We have tested the bag to be able to hold over 100lbs.
Should I take this bag on my backpack camping trip?
No! This bag is designed for urban traveling. We do not recommend you use this bag on a camping trip.
Is there a rain fly with the bag?
No, the bag is made of a waterproof tarpaulin fabric and has waterproof zipper. This bag will be able to handle the weather without a rain fly.

What comes with the bag?
The Nomatic Travel Bag comes with the laundry bag. For our Kickstarter backers we are also giving away 1 free add-on of your choice with the purchase of each bag.
How do I get to my laptop without unloading my entire luggage?
You do have access from the top of your bag to access your laptop by unzipping the double zippers from on top of the bag just a bit to get to your laptop.
Are the straps removable?
No, the straps are permanently on the bag.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
